Article 1 (Purpose)

These terms set out the conditions and procedures for using TodayCheck (the "Service") and the rights and obligations of you, the user, and us, the operator.

Article 3 (Service features)

To-dos organized by date, recurring routines and completion records, countdowns and elapsed days, calendar view, and home screen widgets.
There is no charge for using the Service. The Service shows no ads.
We may improve or change the Service. We notify you of important changes in the app.

Article 4 (Accounts and data)

You can use the Service without an account. In that case, your data is stored on your device. If you enable device calendar sync, to-dos and countdowns are also stored in the calendar you choose.
If account sync is available, you can sign up with an email address or social account. You can delete your account at any time under Settings > Delete account in the app.

Article 5 (Prohibited actions)

Using someone else's account without permission or interfering with the operation of the Service.
Reverse engineering or improperly manipulating the Service.

Article 6 (Limits of liability)

We are not liable for losses caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters or device or communications failures.
We cannot recover data stored only on your device if it is lost when you uninstall the app, replace your device, or lose your device.
The Service is a tool to help you keep personal records. We are not responsible for the accuracy of those records or any resulting outcomes.

Article 7 (Changes to these terms)

If we change these terms, we notify you in the app at least 7 days before the changes take effect, or at least 30 days before if the changes are unfavorable to you.

Article 8 (Governing law and jurisdiction)

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes about the Service are settled by the court that has jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act of the Republic of Korea.
